Returns & Refund

At Shixi Box, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process in accordance with the policy below.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.

  • For promotional “free shipping” orders, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to our error.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used beauty or skincare devices

  • Opened cosmetic or personal-care products

  • Items marked as Final Sale


💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@shixibox.com.
